Jason T. Komninos, Esq. Featured at Fairleigh Dickinson Seminar on Drugs and Ethics

On June 14, 2016, I participated in a seminar titled “Drugs and Ethics in Municipal Court.” This seminar was a part of a series of continuing legal education seminars at Fairleigh Dickinson University.

The seminar featured a distinguished panel of two municipal court judges, a municipal court prosecutor, and myself. We discussed a variety of topics such as the types of drug offenses heard in municipal court, issues involving driving while under the influence of drugs, comparative law with other states, immigration consequences, and ethical issue in municipal court.

The seminar was well attended by practicing attorneys and paralegals.
